Default Olympic 2008 Beijing

Hopefully we will find Babubhai again among us. Did France (Football) qualify for Beijing?

Pariticipation and gaining experience is real deal of these Olympics.

Who do you think will win it? China certainly would be favorites as a host. US, Germany will contend. So will Russia.

Phelps will try to create history. What a swimmer.

Track and field: All are juiced.
Except for the long distance runners.

Will south Asia win any medals? Even in shooting? Why not have Chess? May be Anand can win one. Carrom and Mendis can represent SL. I see no hope on Hockey.

What court will they play on? Roddick should have went to the Games. I know he will be out early in the US so atleast could have went to the Games and try his luck there.

Swimming & track events, don't like to see the other sports events in olympics, not that exciting. Tennis might be the one sport to watch.

Even Keram will not give us a chance of gold. We need Ludu to get a gold.

I think the players have to take oath in writings and deposit security money in order to qualify for olympics ( or other big tournaments) bound teams.

Atleast, thats what they were doing last time i read few years back.

They have to give in writing their assurance of coming back to Bangladesh, or their family could be charged with some sort of felony.

Why do I have to answer questions to you, anybody or everybody? They pay my bills? No.
