I wouldn't be surprised if Tamim got a contract. But the opening slots are so crowded, I don't think he will get to play anyways.

He is almost Sehwag.

At one time Sehwag commanded highest scores in all three format for his team.
At one time so did Tamim. Except his one didn't have a double century and a triple.

Shakib would definitely get a team. He can get into sides with bowling alone and his batting is pretty decent to warrant a spot in the top 5

I am usually pessimistic when IPL auctions with Bangladeshis are involved. Let’s see if anyone gets picked and then played.

Shakib is not a good T20 player and a poor man's Narine. So his exclusion is not surprising. Dont think he will be picked in auctions either.
But I want to see Tamim Iqbal in IPL this time playing for my team RCB. He is in red hot form and we need him to open along with Gayle.

I am gonna go out of limb and say both shakib and fizz will be bought. Tamim will be a surprise if picked but wouldn't be a bad choice actually for any team looking for an opener.

Some players got lucky due to this 10 year rule auction..

that rashid khan went for a whopping 9 crore... draining out sunrisers fund... it was on cards... creates problems really as they were smart enough to bag him last relatively cheaper

mustafiz if not for injury with old form would have gone berserk! such a shame really. for all of us

I actually like the sunrisers team .. their such a cohesive group of ppl... KKR never felt that.

atleast they got shakib, now my continued support for them can be further exemplified.
