Tiger finished at 1. -3 for the last round. Not bad. He competed. That is all matters now. Meaning more time I will spend in front of the TV watching golf.

So close yet two strokes behind. Next year may be. Best major last 54 holes still couldn't get the job done. That 3 putt eagle look was the worst thing happening to him on the third day. Valiant effort though.

What a weekend for me. Tiger finally won another Major. History made.



So many people wrote Tiger off. I was almost at the verge of doubting. But he did it. 5th Green jacket (6 for Jack). 15th Pro Major (18 for Jack). 80th PGA tour victory (82 for Sam Snead). 18th Major (20 for Jack).

PGA championship has started. Tiger not doing so well. steadied the ship. Brooks K on fire. 4 shot ahead of Tiger. Same grouping. Will see how it ends.

It's golf. It is not over till it's over. But this one is pretty much Brooks Koepka's to lose after the first round. 7 under. 3 shoot lead over Dustin Johnson after Friday. 9 shot ahead of Tiger and Molinari. Only 15 people below par.

Tiger Woods flirting with the cut. Currently on the edge at +3. That is the cut line. Koepka at 9 under, extending his lead to 4. Big names creeping up though. Dustin, Speith, Scott all at striking distance.


While as I was typing, he made another bogie. Now he has to make a birdie stay alive or watch golf at home in hte weekend. 6 holes to go.
