Ditto.

And I am sure, if match situation was different, Mushy would have used spinner at the end. I think Mushy did a good job by Mash and Abul getting some match practice as match was over already.

yes I agree, but playing him is not his fault. He is surely trying his best to justify his spot in the team. Probably selectors are trying to give him a go and giving him some practice to gather experiences.

I don't know sometime I find people are sometime too rude to our players, never show sympathy, and people complain these days too much..

Massive win, I expected BD to win, but WOW.

Conngrats Shak fu for his first 50, Zia for brutal hitting and Sunny for his destructive 5fer on debut!

Point taken, but we can't afford to lose against the Irish. That's why I'm in favor of playing the best XI possible.

Why Indians so against us? For what reason they support IRE? Just because IRE is our so called "rival"?

Bangladesh where worthy winners of the match today. Tamim and Shakib got Bangladesh off to a good start and it was carried on further down the order. 190 was always going to be a tough target for Ireland to reach and they really struggled once bangladesh started bowling spin.

Elias Sunny has just been named man of the match for his bowling figures of 5-13. Thats the best bowling performance by a Bangladesh player in T20 internationals. Ireland lost too many wickets to put up a real challenge, so Bangladesh now go 1-0 up in this three match series.

An Irish fan's comment from another forum:
" 5w for Sunny on debut, got owned
really. Bangas looking real good, never
looked this decent before in T20 IMO."

Please KP bhai. Practice or not, these matches are internationals. We shouldn't downplay their importance. A bad performance here and we'll not hear the end of it.

A bit disappointed that we couldn't bowl them out, but not a big deal as it was a comprehensive victory nevertheless. Not only did we not lose our pants, we made sure they lost theirs.

Well, very true. Nazmul might play the next match as well.

We could have bowled out the Irish if Mushy wanted so. Instead, Mushy gave some match practice to Mash and Abul which was a good move IMHO.

What's the best figure in T20 ? I think on debut , Sunny's 5/13 is a record .

Great performance by BD. Interesting to note that Zia was not asked to bowl a single over, even on these seaming wickets; so effectively playing as a batsman only. I wonder if this will continue..
