Gangster post muffles. Love the first one. The first one reminds me of American Gangster starring Tom Cruise and Denzel Washington

Sat Masjid (Seven Domed Mosque) beside the river Buriganga. Mohammadpur, Dhaka. late (1970s)
That is a wrong information. It was beel. We use to live down the ring road in BACHS in the late 70s. (Baitul Aman Co-operative Housing Society among the first few houses there) close to uttor adabor. We swam and then later played football once they started to dredge with sand and earth. That ring road worked as a Baadh for Dhaka back then.

Nice photos.
People and society were much better back then. Look at all the guys - so slim. Even current little kids are fatter than them thanks to fried chicken treatment from parents.
I can't believe Sat masjid looked like that before. The river has now been filled up a lot and there are now hundreds of buildings
