lol 5am is the standard for boxing day sale...I'm surprised you missed the FIVE THOUSAND people part lol.. I suppose you don't know that people line up 3-4 days to buy a games console, like the recent PS3 launch, in which some store employees went as far as fake a robbery!

Yea bro...I understand. It's a standard for shopping freaks. I, on the other hand, like browsing more and getting better deals. And boxing day isn't great in terms of deals...if you know the place, you get stuff everyday. I get designer stuff, but from places that sell it for much cheaper...thankfully, not many people know about it.

true, the boxing day isn't that special, depending on what you're looking to buy. in fact in some cases there are better sales in other times of the year

lol I wouldn't queue at 5am for clothes!.. boxing day is good for electronics, like a tv, sound system, etc.. I'll need a bloody good deal for a hdtv once I empty my wallet on PS3

I'll be heading out in a bit...anyone wants take-out food from Lahore Tikka House? Miraz bhai told me he's on his way...in the plane. So I'll receive him from the airport and go. If any of you are showing up in the last minute...lemme know...I'll send my 3-wheeled Limo.

I am back too. I dont know about the others but I had a good time. It's nice to have a face to go with the nicks(for some members at least).

First impressions:

Nasif bhai: I had a preconcieved notion that Nasif bhai is a lean and thin guy doing his masters maybe around 25.
Turned out he is married and done with his studies with a kid. A bit healthier than in my imagination but a very friendly guy all the same. 10/10

ATMR: Well since I saw him before I knew how he looked like so no surpirses there. A bit on the quieter side like me but good company all the same. 10/10

IALBD: Another one of my fellow Scholastican. He decided to join at the last moment. I thought he would be a bit on the short side wiht glasses.
He turned out to be tallerand was very different from what i had pictured him. Always apleasure to hang out with a fellow school mate. 10/10

Kabir ( Imran): Whenever I read his posts I imagined someone like Shihaab from York.(imran would know what I am talking about.) Not in nature but in appearance.
Turned out I saw him before and knew a lot more about him. Very friendly and lively guy. 10/10

Mridul: The biggest surprise package of the day. He turned out to be very different from what I expected. As Imran said he expected Al Furqan to be like this in appearance. Again a very nice guy, pious and good natured. 10/10.

Ehsan: Also very different from what I imagined. I thought he would be a serious looking dude ( mod eijonno money hoy erokom idea chilo). He turned out to be pretty chilled out and addicted to bowling. Quiet in nature but not the serious type and pretty lively when bowling. 10/10

Piyal bhai: Although not a Bc member, when ehsan first mentioned his name I imagined a fat guy in his 40's but he turned to be a lot thinner and looked much younger than his age. He is nasif bhai's friend too. Very chilled out and cool guy. He seems like a very fun person to hang out with. 12/10

I must admit...this was the best day I've had in a while. Asif is right, I just recovered from my shoshurbari's ador, while Nasif bhai has probably recovered from bhabi's jhari

Just want to post this introductory pic quickly:

From left: ialbd, Mridul, Ehsan, Nasif bhai, Pial bhai (soon to be BC member), ATMR, and Shahriyar (spelling: check)

Notice to the right of Shahriyar (caddy's...), and his facial expression!

Details ektu por...

well the only reason that we decided against uploading the caddy's pics and vids is that this is a G-rated forum. naile nasif bhai's bachelor party wasn't too bad either

shahriyar bhai, shorom niyen na

Here's a very poor quality video...turned out quite dark on my camera. Nasif bhai has a lot more vidoes, and the nice ones too. Till he posts his ones, satisfy your thirst with this
