super agree,Sakib is pretty ordinary in domestic/IPL/county(this yr) but he is a complete difrnt player in intrntnl.
I believe there are players like Tushar Imran,Ash,Alok, who perform well in domestic but fail in international.

One example is Mazharul Haque Mridul. Got opportunity at the wrong time against Australia. He was a very talented batsman. I still regret that we lost a talent like him.
