Post what do you think?

Hi, firstly, I thought it would be a good idea to get each and every one of your opinions on captaincy.

Firstly, which player deserves the captaincy the most?
Which player will not get performances affected by captaincy?
Which player has the attributes you think are needed for an exemplar captain?

And finally putting all those into account, give your preferred captaincy choice and list their good qualities.

P.S Do not answer all those questions, just answer the captaincy choice and good qualities

1) Shane "my mommy gave me those pills" Warne.
2) Hard to predict the future, you know.
3) Two brothers. Michael "the chor" Clark. Ross "the chor" Taylor.

Tough question. We don't really know the players personally. For all I know, Raqibul is the perfect captain for BD. Who would've thought the angry Sourav Ganguly from Bengal will lead India to glory? Or the outrageous Nasser Hossain will be the source of calm amid storm for England?

The only person that cleary stands put and would most likely be unaffected by the extra attention is Mashrafe Mortaza.
He has a presence in the field, he has everyone's respect, including the opposition. He performs consistently and has the necessary experience to get the job done.
BCB will be grooming him for the job as soon as the year draws to a close.
Mashrafe remains the best choice for the long term and he publicly admitted to being interested in the position.

Shakib is not interested as he admitted pretty clearly, and Mushi is not experienced enough to take the job. He does not have the authority. Raqibul is a valid choice but he has not been as battle tested and also lacks the authority/charisma to take charge of the whole team.

Mashrafe has a solid resume and anyone watching cricket over the last 6 months know how vital he is to the team and his leadership abilities and likability clearly shows through.

My choice: Mashrafe Bin Mortaza

Yeah CCB, Mash is a good call. And after him, few years down the road, Shakib could be our captain nonchalant, or captain ruthless.

But I must stress, these are only assumption from a very partial view into their mindset. There's every possibility that none of these two will ever captain BD and somebody entirely out of the radar like riuad will lead us to glory.
