Not a die-hard hip-hop fan but I have been really impressed by Drake. He is among the best in the game right now. He has come from nowhere and gone straight to the top. I just love his song "Forever" feat. Lil Wayne, Kanye and Eminem...one of the best hip-hop tracks I have heard. But no one can still come close to Lil Wayne. One of the greatest (commercial) MCs the World has ever seen (if not the greatest), according to me.

I'm sorry but I don't think anyone can be compared to Eminem. For what he's done for the hip hop world and just everything about Eminem's music is incomparable.

Eminem is revolutionary. White boy wandering off to a black neighborhood and winning black hearts thereby uniting races through an art that many stereotypes at the time would associate solely with black culture - his story has it all.

Listening "Jagoroner Gaan" !!
wonderful!! excellent!! too good!!

Went to the cultural program @Shikha Chironton, Suhrawardy Udyan to mark the launch of the albums last evening with my amma. A great compilation of six CDs, featuring a selection of 71 timeless Bengali compositions and the booklet of all the lyrics and other useful pictures and information also included in the Box. Whoever love these type of gono songit/desher gaan should collect this best ever music box (500 taka). Priceless to be honest!!

more about Jagoroner Gaan from diff news source:

"Jagoroner Gaan", a selection of 71 timeless Bengali compositions, recorded all over again for a new generation of audience that will serve as a reminder of the spirit of struggle, freedom and nationalism.

Jagoran Sanskriti and Gobeshona Kendra have painstakingly taken the initiative to catalogue and preserve hundreds of songs that have inspired the Bengali speaking people throughout history. "Jagoroner Gaan", a compilation of six compact disks, features a selection of 71 timeless Bengali compositions that have stood the test of time.

Additionally, a daylong cultural event by Jagoran Sanskriti and Gobeshona Kendra will be held on December 12 at Shikha Chironton, Suhrawardy Udyan to mark the launch of the albums.

The project also includes two caravans travelling around the country and promoting "Jagoroner Gaan" for the next two months.

Sure Eminem is great in his own right but I like Wayne better cos of his ability to spit in any given beat. I think Wayne and Eminem and maybe Kanye West are the only "decent" commercial MCs to grace modern Hip-Hop other than that hip-hop is in a sorry state.
