X99 Asrock Mobo
100gb SSD

Play Microsoft Flight Sim,Flight-gear and bit of X-plane

Fav Things to Fly:Boeing 777-300ER, F16A Fighting Falcon F-12B Tomcat
A-10 Warthog, Super Huey, C-130 Globemaster

Anyone else here like Flight sims

whats the point of playing a flight sim with a mouse and keyboard?

And wow thats a lot of RAM, do you do video production or something?

24gb is needed to simulate volumetric clouds and also other mods to make FSX look nice, also thinking of getting a cracked copy of prepar3d

^^ How about making 3 dimension surround system.. Make a cockpit like interior around your game zone, atleast 6 curved 40" monitor stacked, automated suspension chair, lighting and surround sound system.....

Youre better off getting a VR headset than 6 ulltrawide monitors. Which no GPU would be able to run anyways.

I saw some great DIY cockpits, just need the persistence and dedication

The only thing close to a flight stimulator for me was when I played Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas, and flying the commercial plane....lol
