Default Countdown to Rubels Return

Rubel Hossain the fiery Bangladeshi speedstar is 100 percent fit, this has been confirmed by the BCB and Rubel will most likely play against SL(if confirmed)
Or in India

It ll be great to have him back. A fit Rubel Hossain with the 2015 WC form would add a lot more bite to our attack.

Read somewhere BCB didn't give him a contract for 2016 because he didn't follow the post-injury rehabilitation/fitness program.

Figured the news was bogus.

So he is really coming back?

That's good news if true.

Rubel is needed. His pace is good, see some the wickets he took against SA last year ODI series completely outpaced Amla who plays big pacers in the nets and im sure is well accustomed handling pace. But Rubel has something about him, zips it well, can be lethal! If he gets the areas right.

Probably the best exponent of reverse swing in Bangladesh.

Central Contrack or lack thereof doesn't prevent a player being selected.

I was asking myself the same question this morning. Hope he's putting in the hours at the gym and the nets to stage a massive comeback.

He should take his time and comeback fully ready....that is more important than tying to rush back quickly

because even he is a great asset to the team, now the competition will at a higher level....with Mustafiz, Taskin, Mashrefee, Al-Amin, couple for new FB in the wingz. just keep in mind, he just missed a chance to play in the league to prepare himself...now it will a bit more harder for him ...

Rubel wont be needed in any format other than ODI.
In absence of Taskin he is an auto choice.
So when are we playing odi ?

Read in few news report that Rubel got married recently

Quote:
It has been known that Rubel Hossain got tied with Ishrat Jahan Dola, the daughter of a cement businessman of Bagerhat.
One of the link!
