Default We should be more gracious (win or lose)

I've noticed this pattern whenever our captain comes out to speak at the end of the game. They usually do not ever credit the opposition team or an opposition player who did well. For example, Kalam Bhai said "Credit to Mahmudullah and Bangladesh for their performances. Credit to them for putting up a big score,....".

It doesn't hurt to be gracious. (Yes, even when you've lost unless you've lost to blatant loosers aka Latif)

yeah but i think since bd are always losing they have a habit not appreciating the opposition but yeah they should really start to do that.

Totally agree with it. I also think its due to lack of professionalism as NoName pointed out. Accepting that you have lost to a better opponent and giving them credit at the presentation is the sign that the game had played out in a right spirit .

I thought we were pretty gracious in the handshake line. Shakib was even smiling with Vettori and Southee after getting tonked.

Yes. Always noticed that. They remember to praise crowds all the time but forget to acknowledge opposition's effort.

When we lose, we are too busy feeling sad to see the bigger picture that it is ultimately a game designed to promote unity.

And ofcourse, our players simply parrot a few memorized lines in the interview because they are not very comfortable with a second language. But, the body language and camaraderie shared between the players still say that we do play the game in the right spirit. It's just not expressed.

We should be gracious to All mighty because we will win the QF, In Sha Allah. Here's an article I found tigercricket.com
