It doesn't look like it. Despite having a 2 year contract that covers BPL2 and still owed $20,000 from BPL1, Dhaka Gladiators are just simply ignoring it and not making any contact.
I don't wish to rain on the parade and I am sure that no one really cares about contracts - but this is exactly why there are issues in Bangladesh when there shouldn't be.
Fans rightly only care about watching good cricket. No problem with that. But for those of us who care about what happens to cricket in the country and how unprofessional some people are, it's a reason why Bangladesh has a disorganised, amateurish reputation to some outsiders.

If it is a binding contract you may want to arbitrate Ian. The fan base wants you, you make DG succeed. This is terrible management. When DG did their business plan did they think they will break-even in the 1st year? I wonder if they did a business plan at all!
DG is separate from BCB - I am hoping - but one never knows in this part of the world. Your issue is with DG not BCB - send them a legal letter. You are a professional and need to be paid. It is strictly business - sue them.

Not sure what that would achieve, do you?

You would get communication from DG - a lack of communication is the ultimate business and ethical failure.
You would get the 20k - unless you do not care for it.
You may burn some bridges with DG - but you are resigned to the fact that you will not come. So there is nothing to lose.
You may burn some bridges with BCB - but you do not want to coach Bangladesh - at least not pro-actively desire that from your past postings and intent.
Bangladesh will get a lesson in ethics and hopefully will not pull the same stunt on future coaches. That helps the cricket here in the long run.
Set a precedent. Some one needs to - and you have a case. If you do nothing - then nothing will change. The ultimate failure of society is when good men do nothing.

Well, crikss is almost right there...
You should know that, if a player is sold at higher than the maximum base price (say, base price of one golden category BD player is 70K), BCB will get 60%, player will get 30% and Game On will get 10% of the excess money/ over bid price.
For example, Shakib gets a bid of 170K, according to new BPL rule:
Shakib will get 70K + [30% of over bid price (170K-70K=100K)] 30K = 100K
BCB will get 60K and Game On will get 10K of the excess money/over bid price.

Noted..
Interesting you say that I will burn bridges yet I am not in the wrong. That's the way often time - if you complain you are seen by those who are wrong, as a trouble maker.

Yes, true. But before that there is one more avenue - a journalistic campaign. Maybe CI/Isam/Daily Star may bat on your behalf before it gets dragged down to the courts - where really cricket does not belong. Last resort must be the law when morality fails.

@Ian Pont: Dude this is serious you are aware that you have rights? almost a year and still haven't received full due is a serious matter. Can't believe these franchises are still allowed to compete in BPL 2.

BPL Auction Update
If I'm not mistaken, the BPL auction is supposed to be held today. I was wondering if there's any update on which players have been auctioned to which teams.
Do we even know the players that are available for the tournament? How about the Pakistani players? If you've got any news on the auction, please post it here.

I think BPL section should be moved here. More people visits the Bangladesh Cricket section and its easier to find...

Just noticed there's another BPL auction thread. It was kinda down the order so I didn't notice it. My apologies. MODS, please merge the thread if necessary.

I was skeptical about the payments in the first edition given the huge sums to be paid out and my fears were proven correct. I don't think anything will improve if the same people are again auctioning
