You can check realestate.com, depending on your inheritance you can buy a nice homestead near the outskirts of picton/goulbourn. But anyway country NSW is really nice.
Checkout Realestate.com, you can get a nice house with a block of land for 1-1.5 Million.

Check this house out, in goulbourn

1.35mil with a 41 Acres of land !!!

Looking at 400 K between us,Wollongong ruled out as Sydney siders are buying up all the property and its going through the roof.
My brother was in Mildura ,but drug problem their is bad.
We can get a decent hoose in Cootamundra for 200 K,but keeping options open.
We are looking at renting here for 12 months before making the decision.
Coota near Wagga, have friends there, and contacts in Coota.

Don`t forget to take bushfires into account as well.

You can try moving into the upper blue mountains area as well

House prices these days are AIDS due to asian investor, for 1 mill you can get a run down shack in auburn

Go, for something with a decent amount of land, but at the same time doesn`t look like its 200 years old.

This is fairly nice and its only 300k

The further back you go the nicer the house. Try looking 10-20ks away from cootamundra, maybe you can get a double storey house even with a pool

Maybe it's the Australian talk but your english is terrible. I think I have mentioned this before. I don't understand 75% of the things brokley writes here.

I never had trouble understanding Brockley's English, probably because I speak the same way minus the accent of course and who the hell cares about grammar anyway, hell I am planning to get rid of vowels altogether
