Check the new thread on this... it's human nature, we don't value something that comes too easy...whether you agree or not, WI batsmen throwing wickets has some contribution in losing the previous matches... It was coming too easy. This won't be the same against any other G8 team....

Empty seats mock fans
Sports Reporter
The unavailability of tickets for the third ODI between Bangladesh and West Indies led to chaotic scenes at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur yesterday morning as fans broke the window panes of the BCB headquarters at the stadium and also those of the adjoining National Cricket Academy.
The severity of the rioting halted traffic in the area for some time. The situation was eventually brought under control by police before noon.
An almost flawless performance by the Bangladesh cricket team in Khulna, which gave the Tigers a rare opportunity for a series win, was bound to attract a full house for the third game of the five-match series. As expected the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), through a press release sent on the eve of the match, announced that the tickets for the match were sold out. . . . . . . . http://www.thedailystar.net/newDesig...php?nid=260143

"6,000 tickets are given as complimentary passes to councillors and other dignitaries"
6,000!! Why the hell do they give away that many!? Why not give 5,000 of those to dedicated fans. The stadium would get filled, there would be more noise and a better atmosphere and there would be less rioting outside.

Good observation BANFAN.
As per BCB, Sunny is in for the next two ODIs. Let's see how three spinners do the magic now!!?

BCB should cut the crap. If they're so keen on giving away complimentary tickets, then it should be, at max 1500-2000 per match.

Is it just me or team is not practicing a lot these days? They didn't practice day before 4th ODI as well and was used as practice for 5th. We all know how horrible we played on 4th ODI.
Perhaps Ian Pont Bhai is right... maybe ShaneJ is taking it too easy on the boys and thats why he is liked by our team. -_-
