The controvertial run out changed the course of the match, I have no doubt Bangladesh would have reached 206+ had he not been given out. Disappointment but the game was pretty much a dead rubber...I don't see Hong Kong beating Pakistan with a bonus point so lets just cherish that Javed is in fine form, Pilot has 1000 ODI runs, Rafique has 49 ODI Wickets and Alok has got some much needed runs...you never know...we could play UAE in the finals

Well I said it earlier in yesterday's matches thread - only half of the job is done - beating Hong Kong; we still need to put our acts together and give a scare, if not win against one of the other 3 teams in the Phase two of the tournament.

Dissapointing performance.... Atleast we should have scored 200. Anyway hope for the best in the 2nd phase.

Today only Javed shows responsibility with bat
among the top, and Razzak with ball.
No one else was there.
May be they click when they are lucky, not because of their solid skil.
More disappointing day may yet to come.
We should get ready to accept that too.
wishing good LUCK for them anyway.

Looking back at how things went today, I feel the need for some Alok bashing, not to mention some top order bashing as well. The run out was Alok's call, and he could have gone on with the run instead of sending Ash back. I thought it was a completely unnecessary attempt in the first place. Kapali nije to run korei na abar keu bhalo khelte thakleo shojjo hoy na...
anyways he did get some runs today. had bashar been there for some time, and had rajin not thrown away his wicket like that, we might have witnessed an upset.
