Job market in Bangladesh

How is that? I wanna go back to BD and get a good job there. People said to me I need some link to get the job? Is that true??

Accha Aahiyan bhai, amar nanar bari Feni, Lemua, right by your Noakhali....I noticed your dada, grandfather was Mr. Kala Mia, and I also have a nana (also grandfather) who is called Mr. Kala Mia. It is very possible that you are my cousin Aahiyan bhai!! Salaam!

I have done my degree on IS. I got it from Greenwich uni. I have worked as an IT lecturer,
I am so worried about my career.
