I agree with Roman bhai.
Rabbi was rarely given the ball.
He bowled really well right after getting Bairstow bowled.
If Mash was the captain things could have been different.
Mushy does not back his pacers much.

^^Gentleman's game. Broad backed up his words with action.

One of his top five...respect the opposition.

I was against him all test...saying that he's not going to take a single wicket....he struggled.

And when he took his first we all saw how fired up he was...

Roy as lone pacer is a gamble. Has no test experience and will struggle with no fellow Paceman support and eventually be taken out of the attack. Will bowl max 5 overs per innings. Better to pick more experienced bowler if you have alone pacer.

Oh no. Without Sabbir, that lower middle order looks even more vulnerable. Wish they considered Nasir as Mosaddek and Miraz are both susceptible to pace bowling.

i wanted to see the same team if we are playing on a similar pitch as the team showed a great character, courage and determination to push the experienced England side to a corner. i thought everybody played their part more or less and should be given another chance

We don't have one in the squad, hell not sure rabbi qualifies as a first class level bowler, he's years away from being mediocre...

Either Roy alone or no pacers, rabbi is a liability

And can't have rabbi and Roy in the team, batting gets to weak

Some people are blind

They don't understand theres levels to the game.

People don't understand players need to establish themselves on the level below before getting the investment at the top level (barring freak talents)

You just don't turn up to international level and say you deserve more than one chance without anything to back it up.

Rabbi hasn't been able to perform at first class level, so what makes him deserve a place over other bowlers like Roy who have. Or players who've proven themselves at the level like Al amin, albeit in a different format, the principles of line and length remains the same, rabbi doesn't have the fundamentals to succeed at the top, nor going from his record the level below, he may have it in 3 years, but right now he's an embarrassment, to put him in test shows that's the best we've got, some bum who's scraping onto a first class career, who got his chance at the big time bowling well in nets, a place where 15 year olds often perform well

Rabbi, what a joke, a bum like hom at least performs on first class level

Rabbi won't become good overnight even if he takes 10 wickets through luck in the next game, he won't be able to keep it up because he does not have the skill

I've got nothing against the guy, he tried his best unlike the likes of mahmadullah, but he's not ready and selectors and management are doing harm picking him

You cant get away with no pacers, it leaves the bowlling attack way too vulnerable

Hameed in for Duckett.

That's my only change for England

^^ Hameed opens with Cook and Duckett plays at #4 instead of Balance.

That's my solution for England.
