Your calculation is way wrong. It not the RR it is the NRR.
BD's NNR would then: (953+250)/318 - (1168+170)/284 = 3.78 - 4.71 = (-.93) It would be a miracle for us to get to the plus column.

PLus England has a match against West Indies and if England wins then they will get 5th. We really messed up by losing to Ireland.
