Default Anyone remember Tarzan TV series on BTV?

For some days now, something bothering me very much. I was trying to remember the Tarzan TV series that I used to watch on BTV around 1983/85. I was a primary school going kid at that time and the memory doesn't really click for me to figure out the casts and the exact TV series. So far what I can recall, it used to play on TV on Friday around 3 pm or something and probably was on TV for a year or so. I used to watch it on a B/W TV, so don't really know whether the series was made color or no. I will appreciate if anyone comes up with a better memory and share the idea about who was the cast and so..
After googling, I came up with a short list of 2.

1. Tarzan TV series of 1966

2. Tarzan sequel movies (around 1940s) with Johnny Weissmuller as Tarzan

But to be honest, I could not quite match up any of these 2 with the Tarzan that I can recall. The first one is a TV series alright, but I haven't seen this Tarzan carries a arrow and bow. Also, I did not see him fighting with crocodiles and Rhynos, lions and did not really deal with the African tribes a lot. (recently I have seen the whole DVD box set of this Tarzan TV series).
The second one is not a TV series, rather it was a series of TV movies. There are about 12 movies with each having separate story. But, again this Tarzan did not carry an arrow and bow. But, he did fought a lot with the jungle animals. But he did not deal with the African tribes a lot. Recently I have watches most of these sequels, but could not quite connect with the one I used to watch.
Any thought could be highly appreciated. I assume there might be someone with a better memory than myself and may be a Tarzan fan!

I remember the Tarzan from the early 90s. I think it was a French production dubbed in English. Jane was there, and Tarzan's chimp too. Also shown on Fridays on BTV

So was the hottie in Sindbad (forgot the name of the chick who was also in Bold and the Beautiful).... BTV used to censor those makeout scenes, but you could tell.

Is that an online website like Netflix? Or a channel on television? I have to know because if it’s on TV, then I have to keep myself free at that time and if it’s an online, then I can manage time very well, just like I manage for Andy Yeatman shows.
