Default What is the most amount of money you have seen in your entire life?

Original title was: Define success.

But it has been done to death many times with some variants of it, or not otherwise, by idumb and others.

See the reason why I scoff and snicker of people's definition of so-called 'success' on making it to a 50k salary job, or "making it" lol by being average doctor, engineer, IT or other plethora of no-one-gives-a-hoot job or say a local league cricket player or even a graduate from MIT or PhD is because you look down upon me.

If I am untouched, I won't fire first. I mean, if I am on social help and sh** and you think you made it just because you became average and don't yet have a wikiepedia article and stopped growing, WHAT GIVES YOU THE AUTHORITY TO JUDGE ME AND LOOK DOWN UPON ME?

WHO ARE YOU EXACTLY?

Let's face it. In Bangladeshi third world standard, you might be a biggie, but unless you crack the top 10 in billion dollar scale or a mover-and-shaker and a household name, you ain't exactly anything in America or in the world.

So kindly cut the whole "I made it how about you" stinkin' attutude.

Which brings me to the crux of this thread:

How much money have you exactly seen in your lifetime, hotshot?

Before I used to think having a million dollar house, driving a Lambo and dating a MILF p----* and looking sharp and attractive is "success". But over the years, I have matured and understand success is precisely what Earl Nightingale said and has been embraced by peak performers like Tony Robbins and even Brian Johnson dude with his Vlog.

In my opinion, success is making progress every day and living every moment fully alive to the most of your ability. Success is growth. Success is contentment and satisfaction. Success is freedom and IDGAF if you are a self-actualized yogi, a bum or a millionaire but if you are living life on your own terms- THAT IS success in my book.

That's why rappers get respect. One dude in university interview said: Broke guy with confidence is unstoppable.

This is what most idiots in this forum don't get who reach mediocrity threshold and think they made it all big. They stop GROWING and take the hate out on our players saying THEY stopped growing and improving.

Well wtf have you grown recently in your OWN sphere?

As I Tweeted, I'd much rather have 1 dollar and spend it in million different ways than have a million bucks to spend it f----in yacht or s...

So in my opinion, people like Isam and Athar Ali Khan is perfect embodiment of success. I mean Athar is living his dream life. Having not made as a cricketer, he gets to travel to many different locations, gets paid for basically opening his mouth ..lol... and gets to do what he loves doing: PASSIONATELY FOLLOW TIGERS!! And he gets to be taken on roller coaster ride of a match during ups and downs as well as accumulate tons of gems, anecdotes and cricket wisdom.

I respect that.
I envy that.

I'd be so grateful if I could do that!

Success in this world is relative. What means everything to you may mean nothing to me.

Agree with this part. The day I graduated, everyone was happy. However, deep down, I was feeling empty inside. Praise be to God, by His permission, my degree/education has been helpful in getting through this life, but I no longer allow anyone else to script my life for me. This is one of the reasons I embarked into the journey of self help. I have not been a 100% success, and definitely I am not where I envision myself, but this life of trial and error feels more fulfilling than being on a trajectory defined by someone else and following it like a sheep.

I define success differently which I am striving to achieve.

If one can swallow his/her pride, suppress his/her anger; he/she is half way through. The other half ..... deals with being humble, patient, truthful, and grateful. That is true success to me. Money, status, comes and goes.

Those who proclaim to be a millionaire, most likely has more than that amount of debt. Money, status, titles have nothing to do with success in my book. A man can be homeless yet be successful.

At one instances? Would it count if it was not my money? $16 Million and some change.

I once held a 25,000 Suriname guilders bank note before it was replaced in 2004.

I just looked up at the currency rates, and 1 US dollars =1000 guilders

I wanted to open a new thread called "A proposal to Banglacricket Management and Admins" where I give them a 24 hour ultimatum to sell their entire ownership, domain name, rights to Twitter/FB and YouTube videos for $1000. Of course a pittance. But I can buy it and do what Roy Rogers did to McDonald's.

Others see shambles, and ruins. I see possibilities, imagination and hope.

The honor would be entirely mine to meet you two. You guys are true sage with humility and patience.

Then again, green is the only thing I worship above everything else.

I always wondered how Scrooge McDuck manage to dive into a pile of gold without seriously hurting himself.

Peter Grffin did it and broke many bones

Is it possible for Bezos to see all his money at once or for BC-Bezos like Orpheus?

Zee, if I ever come to California (big possibility - two of my buddies live there) to visit, I will unleash the biggest hug I have ever given to anyone (Including by Dad) on to you. I was saving it for BK but that moron left us.
This thread got 3 green up arrows.
