Umpires for the match- Roger Dill (Bermuda) and Billy Doctrove (WI) (yes, no more Ashoka ).

Lanka's captain Angelo Matthews has been pulled out of the tournament because of a back injury.

Pakistan moves into final.. the side lost to us in the group match(also in afro-asia cup).. You can tell India gonna win the cup but if something stupid happens.. pakistan can retain their title... which can't be ruled out as they are one of the finalist and cricket is a very funny game.

But the thing is that I'm going to be (guess all of us in BC) very PISSED!

Also, england proved that they weren't worthy of a semifinalist by getting bunddled out below 60!

Srilanka and BD are equally strong team and I think both this team were kind of unlucky in the tournament! If lucked had favored this two teams... this match could have been the FINAL!

Nevertheless, I still see this match is very important.. and surely this match gonna be more competitive than those two semis (which were one sided flat matches).

Final chance for our top order to click so that we can say we were unlucky rather than utter failure of our team's batsmen thru out the tournament!

Pakistan showed against Australia that they were capable of piling on huge score against a good bowling attack. This is something that Bangladesh top order were incapable even against Uganda.

Who knows, Bangladesh could have fared no better than what England did against India. Bangladesh batting line up was unlikly to do any better against India than they did against New Zealand and England. The best pacers and spinner of this tournament are in the Indian team.

47/2 - some how we should remember that we will have to play 50 overs. More caution is needed. let us hope new comer stays on for a while.
