Great Nadim!
Did you bowl? You should have some pics with them.

Should've batted on for as long as possible. This isn't helping.
Then again, whatever it takes to get the bowlers off their buttocks and get the sweat flowing.

Shakib is suffering from cold + fever so he didnt wanted to bat. Not only him, most of the players suffering from cold.

it makes sense.
if shakib cant bat, then no point the tail batting. the tail needs more bowling practice.
if surrey declares... then our batting lineup should be
imrul
naeem
riadh
shahadat
robin
rubel
rabiul
mushfiq
ash
jahurul
shakib

i think in this series we have to forget that we have two part time bowlers named NAEEM and RIADH. they should be only considered as BATSMAN.

People are being too harsh on Nayeem recently. To begin with, he is going through a bit of a rough patch, then you can't play a specialist batsman in no.8 and expect him to put big scores up every now and then. I think he should be pushed up the order, he has the mentality to play sensible knocks and I am sure he will shine in time.

He seems to be out of form. But he's a good player and will probably bounce back soon enough. If he's not up to it at the moment, we can maybe play someone else in his place for now.
It's the consistent under performers that we should be more worried about. Like Imrul in Tests for example.

thats the case with every BD player here..even though it might be a good player but hes going through a bad patch and then just gets ripped apart..it happened with a lot of players here and of course it a forum and we can express our feelings on the players but some people get way 2 harsh..mushy and mahmud got dropped 4 poor performance and worked hard on their games then came back and look at them now..being in a bad patch does not mean a player is faltu..it means he just needs some time off 2 sort out his game and every1 has 2 understand that every1 goes through tough times in sports..its really hard 2 stay consistent 4 your whole life..so we should be careful when we're ripping on players who are good players but going through bad patches..

Very well put Tiger bhai. Even Bradman had a rough season once. As OS bro said, Nayeem/Riadh should play as specialist batsmen in test, their bowling will never trouble any genuine test batsmen. And you can't play a specialist batsman at no.8. I think the team management is going wrong there, the tendency of JS to play 8 batsmen in the team is bound to haunt us some point or other.
Also, when a player is out of form, ideally he should go back to first class and correct himself. But preparing in our first class might not be ideal if you are about to face Dale Steyn/James Anderson etc. So I think we should be a bit moer patient with our out of form players, and give them 4-5 games at a minimum before sending them to rehab.

Shahdat is just crap bowler. I'm sure there are loads of better bowler than him in Bd even at skl level.
He is only good, possibly the best in grunting like a dog.
Saw him to bowl about 10 overs today...he was continuosly bowling 65mph bouncer but because of good fielding by shafi, he got one wk.

agreed..time is up 4 shahadat and hes got more then enough opportunities..once in a blue moon performances should not warrant selections..we really should leave him out of the tests..its time 2 move on..rubel, shafiul, robiul, and subashis are better pacers and we should rather groom these players up then shahadat..

When will the match end, by midnight BST. Perhaps I should see the WI vs Aus or SL vs Ind. Does not matter, what I care about is our players. Our players are very important to us, especially at the national level. I think that Cricket could be something that could change the vision of our country.
Cricket offers us enjoyment, hopes, while many people have their career linked to cricket. Also, our sponsors are involved in cricket matches and are benefitted as a result. I want BD to win the test series no matter what, at least for our sake.
Comeone, we have already lost 18 matches in a row

I think Rubel's intl career is under threat. He has not been a shining star for our country. I think Shafiul is his replacement.

If the Surrey batsman play well, why should we discredit our bowlers????
