Rashid is one of the reasons I think Afghanistan will do well in test cricket sooner rather than later. They’ve got two good spinners now, their pacers are solid enough and they’ll possibly find better ones given their pacer history. Batting has always been their weakest point but if you look at their domestic FC comp that has been going on then you’d have to believe they have some decent batting talent come through I think 2 names (among others) are baheer and zia ul haq, both have about 5 centuries in 7/8 matches, think there is another who’s got 4 tons in the same amount of matches or less and most of these guys scoring runs are between 18-23.
Given that their bowling has always generally been pretty good then I’d say these batsmen are scoring runs against decent bowlers.

^^ I think Baheer is the one with those 4 tons

The 4 tons is Karim janat, baheer has 5 and has scored a triple and a double this season and has scored over 1000 runs and averages over 100.
Zia ul haq also has 5 and has scored over 900 runs this season in a similar amount of matches to baheer.

Here are the teams Rashid khan has played ODI against in his career
1.BD
2.Zim
3.WI
4.IRE
5.SCO
he is a great bowler and will do great against the top teams, but this number 1 ranking achievement currently is overrated

Fizz was in the world XI his debut year and was pretty much the top bowler in the world after his debut IPL season.
Oo... and he didn’t build his resume off of **** teams and part time cricketers from Scotland, Ireland and zim.
His wickets started with afridi, dhoni, sharma, de kock, kohli... you get the picture right? Lol

Yeh I'm interested to see how he does against the top 5 teams. But I'm sure he would spin a web against the 'White' teams

I don't think the big boys will ever dominate Rashid Khan; he's the best spinner since Warne and Murali. None comes closer unless his name is Mujeeb Zadran!

I dont think Rashid khan would do poorly agaist teams like aus, eng, and co. They are pretty bad at playing spin eitherway but definitely you have a point there. He needs to show the same type of performance againt higher ranked nation. But his IPL performance against big players are note worthy. This gives some indication that he is able to go head to head againt them and performe aswell on current form.

Fastest to 100 ODI wickets.
Most of which came against associate teams.

Mujeeb isn't that good, he's a bit of a mystery bowler it looks like, he won't last long if he doesn't adapt.

Amit Mishra is a better leggie in terms of the googly.
Mishra's googlies are fantastic to watch.

I beg to differ. He can turn both ways. There is no mytery here. It is a guessing game for the batsmen if they can't pick it up from his arm. Plus he has full control on the length and is tall and can purchase bounce. Those are deadly combinations once he masters to control the speed of the ball. Sky is the limit.
