Agree but what he did recently and what he did to improve more...in a time where competition and exceling more is key requirements to survive...there are room for improvements...he did great for BD...no doubt about it..acknowledge his great contribution but did he do enough to retain his past achievements?

Well plain-spokenness and competitive drive are not respected in BD. You get more mileage if you do a$$-kissing. Shak - if you see how the newspapers treat him - has never been about toilo mordon.
