The boys were looking absolutely dominant in the first 3 games and then it dropped
Hope we can finish on a high. Still won't change the fact that we need some major changes but atleast fans can walk away with a grin...

We need a full time headcoach. Once a new guy comes in, the current chaos will be gone

I would opt for a similar team except with the following changes:
1. Rubel Hossain out -> Abu Jayed Rahi/Abu Hider Rony in
If Shakib al Hasan is fit and ready, replace Sabbir Rahman(The real POSER in da team, not Mahmudullah, idumb ) and put in Shakib.

^^ That's a nice long exposure shot. I did a similar shot like that with the fountain in Bryant Park..will have to upload it in the Photography thread.

One of my best memories of being in sylhet was eating food cooked straight out of the ground(maatir chula), that tastes amazingly good and something i haven't had since.

Besides Shatkora chicken you also need to have the one and only seven-layered tea of Sylhet.

Prediction (possible match scenarios):
Scenario 1 (catching game): SL gives a reachable target, BD starts well, but loses wickets at regular interval, fans still have the hope of win, but BD plays catching game through out and never crosses the line.
Scenario 2 (horrible game): BD is completely outplayed in batting, bowling, and fielding. Hapless performance.
Scenario 3 (slow and painful death): BD scores well, SL slaps us with an explosive start, BD takes couple of wickets to raise hope, but SL slaps another explosive finish out of nowhere - BD fans go through another humiliating and slow and painful process
Scenerio 4 (a win): This is very unlikely, we are after all ranked below AFGA in this format.

By fearless, do you mean the type of cricket played by Shabbir Rahman?

I had no idea what you were talking about so googled it. The story is pretty cool.
"Romesh Ram Gour, from Srimongol in the county’s north-east Sylhet region, has become a local legend as the inventor of a multi-layer tea."
"It’s rumoured that a major Bollywood star once offered to fly Gour to India and pay him handsomely if he’d create the tea for his wedding guests. Gour declined, just as he also refused to expand his business across the country or internationally. I asked him if he ever regretted this. “What for?” he shrugged. “For money? A bigger TV? I’m happy with life as it is.”"

Top guy, Romesh. A true patriot. Doesn’t want his secret and a unique speciality of Bangladesh being exposed elswhere where they’ll take it on to high street cafes and make even more out of it, taking his unique secret.

Sabbir doesn’t deserve any responsibility at this point, when did he last make a 50 in any format for BD?
Even in t20Is he’s played 33 innings for just 3 half centuries, average is in the 26s and strike rate is sitting on 120.
He’s been given opportunities to be responsible and he’s failed for the most part, I mean you give a player some rope and benefit of the doubt for awhile but if you keep doing it then it becomes a case like ashraful and you starting thinking you’ve invested soo much into this player that you have to keep giving to them or it’s a waste.
Sabbir is talented but he’s blown his chances, needs to go back to domestic cricket and show consistency, get some A team matches and do well then maybe he’ll be a better player than he currently is, all he’s good for atm is a hopeful quick fire 20-40 but lately he hasn’t been able to get going and it’s not good enough.
