my cricket team rankings in ODI\'s(do u agree?)
1. Australia: Awsome batting depth and decent bowling, couplied with great feilding.
2. New Zealand: No real great players, but each player tries 120% and never gives up. The only team which beats Aus on a regular basis.
3. England: England is the new team comming through, should have won the ICC thropy, decent bowling side and some clean hitters in the batting order.
4. Sri lanka : over rated, good @ home and agaisnt other sub continantal sides, but get thrashed agaisnt overseas teams and against better teams.
5. Pakistan: No real batting, good young bowlers and keep the side together with its allround capablity.
6. WI: A one man team. The lara show is good in batting held around by lara, but lacks in the bowling. Won the ICC throphy on an one off partnership. When Lara does the job, they win.
8. S.A: Their best feilded team would have them higer in the order, but as it is the are probably seventh or even eight. Good bowling, not much of anything else. No one performs.
7. Indian: A team of failious, they only perform in the world cups, and harldy win ODI's other than those in largish compititions, good batting who more often than not don't perfom.
9. Scotland: underated beat WI in a ODI match earlier this year, probably better than the WI, most players play in the english county comp, but not much international cricket (country is one level down).
10. bangladesh: decent side, but strugle against the new ball, not the talent of sides above them, but are marginaly better than the sides below them.
11. Kenya: Some good players, most retiring now, not getting enought cricket to improve.
12. ZIM: Will probably move up the list due to strong recent showings, a win againt bang will put them in good steed.

Scotland... better than Bangladesh? dont think so. Yes they are beta now than Kenya... they knocked them outta the ICC intercontinental Cup... Kenyan cricket is struggling now. We will see Zimbabwe's rating after this series.

What evidence is there that Bangladesh is better than Scotland? Recent time they met it was 1-1. I'd rate India/South Africa higher and Pakistan/England lower. South Africa are still a force in one-day cricket IMO and England are only rated because they beat Australia in the Champions Trophy, everyone's forgetting the NatWest Series

Well scotland have beaten West Indies convinclingly and have thrashed canada and kenya. Canada and kenya have beaten Bangladesh (world cup), via that logic alone Scotland is better than bangladesh, complied with the fact that most of the scotish players play in the english county, which is a higher level of cricket that the bangladeshi national compitition.

India have had a poor ODI record and a Good test record, maybe their batsmen get impatient in ODI, but they have not won to many in recent times.
South Africa on the other hand trial players like Justin Ontong/ perterson in ODI as well as in test who are not yet up to test level. Until the 'black' population gets up to test level (ninti's level) S.A will be there abouts. Pakistan have a very srtong ODI record, as do England in recent times

the bottom 3 are very close, but at least Bd has beaten a very understrenght indian side, the current kenyan and zim sides are resonably new.

the current zim team can thrash scotland in odi cricket, the zim tam is not bad in odi cricket and should be a par with bd or maybe even above, getting 230+ against pakistan, england is no mean feat for a depleted side

Unless results prove otherwise consistently Bangladesh remains at the bottom. I am not sure about Scotland though.

I hav already said why ur one is misleading
That other one... those r based on matches that havn't even been played!! The last time East Africa played a game, for example was back in 1975 and the last time we played Hong Kong, we thrashed them, allahr-rahmatha!!! It is NOT correct!!

I don't have an east african team there.
New Zealand: has the best ODI record this year (last year) has beaten SL, England and aus. Thats says it all.
