He might be a occational sucess with this approach.

He might want to play his natural game, but he has to learn to take some responsibility.

See this is what happens when you take the quote out of context! When yuou read the whole article the tone is quite different. Ashraful explains that it was a hittable ball but he forgot that pollock is barely medium fast. Reading that interview Ash doesn't come across as immature - just arrogant in the right way.
