Merdeka football tournament in Malaysia
Bangladesh have a "second string" team in Merdeka tournament in Malaysia . The best (?) NT play in India at same time.
Lost 1-0 to Indonesia U23 in first match. Today : Singapore U23 - Bangladesh 0-2 HT Last match against a Zimbabwe XI team . Best two teams in group to semifinals.

wow that's a really good news. i had a feeling that this team will do better cause its always that way. remember that green and red team in one tournament back home where red team won the tournament beating Korea college team. but i know every body loved the green team and they rooted for them but they lost to red in semis i think...
anyway congratulations to the 2nd string team...

Singapore won 2-1 against Bangladesh just to clarify everything....They had also beaten Zimbabwe 4-2 on their first match...So I guess we have a fair shot against Zimbabwe!?

A 1-2 loss against Singapore isn't bad. They're one of the better SEA sides.
