svchost.exe problem....need help.....

hi guyz, last few dayz i am having problem of svchost.exe... its making my pc very slow... whnevr i checked my task manager i hav found tht thr is a multiple running of tht file.if i try to remove all of them then i can c the love bug virus ( generate automatic restart of PC) massage box.... so ne of u guise kno the solution hoe to get rid of it....
