Both Umar Gul and Zunaid Khan bowled 45 overs at Galle against SL in first inning without picking any wickets. Umar gul 28 Overs + Junaid Khan 18 overs! Saeed Ajmal bowled 48 overs and picked 5 wickets, Abdur Rehman 43 overs 1 wicket and Mohammad Hafeez 19 overs and picked 3 wickets. our selectors are the only one to blame. even dhaka club team wouldnt place shahdat and abul as main strike bowlers. i think they take them as batsman, so we can draw match.

Basic for a fast bowler: keep ur line and lenght tight. Both Abul Mastaan And Shahadat Sharukh Khan cannt do neither.

I don't knw what jagurson have seen in them that we dont

Rubel is injured.

But why not Robiul. Yes no pace but he can at least be effective with the new ball unlike wasting it by SRK and Mastaan

But we can blame Jurgensen for not letting them work hard. Have you seen SRK's first delivery after lunch ? SRK was just jogging. Even commie had to say that SRK might have heavy lunch. Jurgensen er uchit SRK ke tana 4-5 hrs dour er upor rakha. Ete jodi cricket khelar shadh mitey.

Jagurson does play an important role when it comes to picking pacers for a tour. He rates Abul highl, and he was the one who picked Abul for WI series. There was an article about it on PA thus am blaming him partly along with our kfc baba

Well coaches and selectors are closest with these morons. If they don't have the correct attitude then why pick them? Example is SRK, no attitude, no motivation, no performance yet he is getting picked without any valid reason. We fans can't do anything other than watching unfortunately

Stuart Law rated Abul hign as well. In his last interview he mentioned that he wanted Abul in the team but Chachu didn't give him.
There are always things that coaches see but as fans we can not. How can you explain Shahdat and Nazmul's case? How come every single coach (except Pont) has picked Shahdat for their teams and always ignored Nazmul?

We have to collectively take the responsibility for pace bowling's condition in our country. Its not that only the laziest and dumbest people are becoming pace bowlers in Bangladesh. If no one is doing well then there must be something wrong in the system. We need to address that as well.

The maximum BD could get from this match is a draw and that will also require some miracle and help by the weather department. In fact BD's batting is depleted by 40% with the absence of Shakib and Tamim. And Nasir is also out of form. Shohag Gazi seems to be the only bowler.I guess our excuse will be the injury. Why is it that any team that was going downhill prior to a series with Bangladesh always resurrect itself. S-Lanka lost 4 test matches in a row and now they will revive themselves with an innings win!

All The coach's are overrated, why? Becuase when they win series @ Home we make them great.

Our players also have to take the blame! If Gazi can work so hard why can't u guys?

some people think we should give player a chance on our expense, so I say abul should play until 2050, shahadat 2040, ash 2030. they might just improve by than.
