Default Just A Random Idea

We have some good writers in BC. Zunaid bhai, Miraz bhai, Razab bhai, Zeeshan and many others are really good with writing some wonderful articles.

Now we have a big crisis time in Bangladesh cricket. After 10 years of test status our cricketing structure didn't improve even a bit except building few stadiums. Our current board president promised a lot like decentralization of cricket, strengthening local cricket culture etc since he came to the post. But Mr. Big Lotus Mouth Kamal did nothing except pocketing some good money and abusing the power.

Some officials from BC can write some sub-editorial articles in some renowned news paper in Bangladesh. We already have Isam from DS here. He might be able to help for DS. We can try contacting other news papers like PA. The article should be published with corresponding identities from Bangla Cricket.

This would help in two ways. Protesting our voice against the current chaos and corruption. Also this would help get BC some more publicity.

Should it worth a try?

I like this initiative a lot. particularly members who reside in Dhaka can help explain the situation a lot more clearly than what i have to say. Wonderful Idea

our news writer has got no time for this...they always love to make ajaira solutions...make this loitta's life a living hell...but they won't do that...but obviously in a bangla newspaper...to make a huge hit u have to make hit to public...ds or newage can't do that...it doesn't matter how good ur english article is...it needs to b in bangla...and make the whole bcb and players shame. Ask them why fountain was fired that way? Why our ncl team is selected by the selectors. Why there is not any regional boards to control the ncl teams?? Why we don't have hiperformance unit?? Why ncl games are not being telecasted?? If we have a good tv telecasting our batsmen, coaches can easily correct their mistakes by watching it again n again. Why our wickets aren't good in quality? Why our stadiums outfield is so lifeless? Why they don't water them?? But i m sure our news reporters has no time for this at all.

No a better idea would be to boycott home matches(close to impossible to coordinate) but only a complete attendance boycott would raise enough of a stink to result in an all encompassing 'Review'.

Writing letters/articles/editorials is pointless - everyone knows what the issue is, awareness isn't the problem, accountability and forcing them to take action is.

Lack of fans = lack of gate receipts, hopefully that leads to sponsors and advertisers wondering what is the point of their investment, if there is no one to advertise to? Leading to further loss of revenue. Less money coming in = less money for people to waste/steal, and that right there, would signal the beginning of the end.
