There isn't a reason to cry.

Even though the match has gone the other way, our boys showed tremendous heart and their skill level overall in this tournament has been world class. This could very well be the platform towards the next level. I think once the nerves settle down, everybody will understand the magnitude of our leap.

We ore 2 runs away from beating all three Subcontinent giants in the same tourny, something only Australia has done before. We have reasons to be proud.

I didnt.. why cry?!! our boys managed to drag it to the last over, after their worst performance in batting of the tournament. We showed our guts and desire. None can be happy to steal such win from us. Pakistan was just lucky.

They are humans after all, and have emotions like me and you. They came very close. Many of us cried from their home and TV sets. But these players were right there in the midst of all this. Imagine the burden of letting down 160+ million people. Its quite natural.

I had to turn off the streaming.... it was too much for a fan of a team who made it to the Asia cup final for the first time...

I did and so did my whole family but once the natural emotions took over, we were all really proud of how they fought. It was really heart breaking for sure to lose a championship game like that but let's look at the positive side that how much we've improved in such a short time and how much potential we really have. We still have a ways to go but I'm happy we're fighting on a regular basis now.
