i dont mind the green jersey.. I know we are used to the dual color jerseys but a lot of teams have stepped away from that. Pakitan, India, New Zealand, Sri lanka all have pretty much single colored jerseys. Its gonna take some time for us to get used to it since our jersey has always been very colorful. But I dont like the lighter tone of green since it doesnt represent our green. Wish they redo the green

2017 Champions trophy Jersey was the best for me.

Why cant we get some decent brands to make our Jerseys. Now that Puma is in Bangladesh, there is a potential that we might see Puma jerseys in future.

All those countries have a slight touch of their traditional second color. Ind-letters are kept orange, Pak- star is kept yellow, SA and NZ have many parts that are yellow and blue respectively. NZ changed their brand from (black and grey) to black and blue some time back and are continuing that.

Brands have their colors which must be abided by. Bd brand was ALWAYS green and red. Not even keeping a touch of red was a grave error imo. Is every Bd jersey from now on going to be green and white? I don't think so. So why do it for this world cup? Makes no sense at all.

They are changing it

Now they are going to add red and make it more 'khet'. This jersey was clean and minimalistic. Doesn't need to add red everytime just because we have red in the flag.

Now they have turned it into Kenyan team colors, they should just stick to the jersey used last series that was good enough

Not so sleek, but more representative of a rural Bangladesh. OK for me.

The green one is not bad. All they would have had to do was add some red to it. Could have made the collars red.

Even though I did not like the jersey, I am against changing it now.

Once you make a decision, it is best to stand by it. Jersey is important, but what is most important is to play well.

I agree with this sentiment. We need an elegant jersey. If that combines red and green - GREAT. If it doesn't combine red and green but the jersey is still elegant, I wouldn't mind that either.

India wears blue and blue is not part of their tri-color. Australia does not have yellow, ENG does not have blue, and NZ does not have black on their respective national flags.

The way we have reacted on social media over this WC jersey with many going to the point of speculating rajakar infiltration on BCB committee - says one thing: emotionalism and immaturity are two defining characteristics of Bangalis.

The over reaction happened mainly because it is very similar to Pakistan's jersey. And some over emotional nationalistic journalists wrote some articles that made general people livid. One wrote something like MAsh's show was red and thats the only red in that jersey. As if they are trying to disrespect the flag.

Totally agree that emotion and immaturity are the reasons why bangalis are so behind in every aspect of life

Can't we ask Nike/Adidas/ETC to make our jerseys? Who makes these ugly arse looking jerseys anyways? Honestly! England's jerseys looks freaking awesome. Not because of the color but the way they are built, and how they look when you wear it! Our jersey on the other hand, less said the better. Shade of green and red is the least of our concerns.
