mominul #1 choice at current. i guess marshall at #2 for now.

Weather is not good, it is noon and my fargo-conditioned skin can feel the chill. Bogra must be dark like dusk.

The problem is that both Marshal and Mominul are both middle order batsmen. I was thinking whether Mominul should bat there but after watching him, I feel he should bat in the middle order, #4 at the highest. Same for Marshal

Another big score from Marshall Ayub today and he will give a selection headache. Imo i think they should try him at #3 so we can see if he an option at #3 for the national team

in the first round of games i opened two separate match threads.

but in the second round of games there was no match threads, all the discussions were in the League thread but there were very few.

this round i again opened two separate thread and looks like there is good response. more ppl are following the game as there are separate threads and participating in the forum.

so looks like it is good to have threads for domestic games. specially if simultaneous number of games are less and may be 4-day games. if 5+ odi games are running together may be we can have a single thread for all the games.

suggestions from match thread followers are highly appreciable.

true. but we have no genuine #3s, and we have no openers pushing for spots so only choice is to push up a middle order bat. mominul and marshall are the next 2 best middle order batsmen.

What is Mehrab jr thinking???

He was a opener and lost his form a bit and then started to bat at the middle order. I hope he is not dreaming of replacing Nasir/Shak/Mushy for Nat 5/6 position coz it aint happening.
Hate it when a opener does this, unless ur M.Hussey...

marshall and mehrab have a good partnership, nearing 100 runs. and yeah if he's thinking he'll take a middle order spot in the nat team he's dreaming.

If he gets selected he will probably end up playing at no 3.. No chance for him in middle order

Mehrab Hossain and Marshall Ayub both looking the goods. I really want both of them to try out the #3 spot and see how they go there. Rakibul the lost soul...

And btw why was Elias opening the batting?!

How the hell does Aftab Ahmed get into this team? I think it would be better if the younger and talented batsmen get a chance instead of these old discarded players who will never succeed at the international level.

Marshall Ayub on 823 and Mehrab on 760 FC runs

What a season they are having. Any of them scoring a century will join only 2 other batsmen who scored 4 FC century in a season

I really hope Ayub/Mehrab can score real big. Btw Ayub realistically was batting at #3 today because Rakibul (the #3 batsmen) got out for a duck.
