Paranormal Experiences
Halloween is coming up, so let's do this
Have you or anyone you know ever had any supernatural/paranormal interaction or experiences? Do you think ghosts/aliens exists and interacts with human beings?
What are your favorite paranormal stories?
I never had any such experiences but heard stories from family and friends.
Recently had a chilling experience though. I was driving home late night few weeks ago from a dawat. I like driving at night and instead of taking the highway, I took the local roads. Mind you, this is driving through rural south and no street lights. It is one lane street each way. Covered nothing by trees on both sides stretching for miles and occasionally some trailers in between.
I was listening to some slow music and I felt like someone was sitting in the back seat of my car. I looked back few times but there was no one. There was no reason for anyone to be there. But just had that feeling that someone was. Maybe it was just my imagination.

I normally have Bhootfm playing when I do chores in the house. Quality has dropped last 2 years. There is a guy called Rabdi Reza for Daar Tarot but used to make some decent on site episodes which are on youtube. The guy has been exposed as a cheat but the live shows were quite eerie.
Pakistani shows like Woh Kya Hai and Raaz Rohi are quite decent as well but alot of overacting. There is another show called Azaib Zaada, but I watch it cause the presenter is cute.

I have a mate's house which is haunted in Dhanmondi. In general many areas in Dhanmondi has strange stories.
Personally one of my friends got possessed once in the middle of the night and he ran and hit himself hard into a wall. We heard their security guards regularly hear noises and see lights in their back lawn. During 1am to 3am we feel a strange heaviness in their dinning room. Many times, one could hear people walking on their wooden stairs despite no one being there.
Once I heard someone walking infront of me in their living room. I could hear them walking on the carpet but couldnt see them.

Was basically every night in my childhood years (3-9).
Our latrine was in the backyard. If I had relieve myself, I had to walk (with whoever I decided to wake up to watch me going to the latrine) all alone that stretch. Tall coconut trees on either side. Mango trees in between. Sometimes I can hear the hooting of a watchful owl.
Scary as hell.
And then, I hear those voices.
Maniacal laughters.
I always thought they were bacoos (I'll elaborate on this soon).

I feel like that too. not sure why. so is azimpur (maybe because of the big koborsthan there).
before I was born, my parents with my older siblings moved a to a place in kalabagan. then they found out someone hanged themselves in one of the rooms. there was no weird stuff but they felt very uncomfortable and moved out the next month. it was in the mid 80s when that area still had lots of greens and trees.
akle, so the baccoo (ghosts) only haunted you when you had to go relieve yourself? that is one creepy ghost then.

Quantum entanglement is the only scientifically proven Paranormal activity that I am aware of.
It is even called "Spooky action at a distance"

I lived in Dhanmondi for many years and never felt/experienced anything paranormal. Must have had a paranormal childhood then

I didn't want to get too scientific. The very idea of "paranormal" is contrary to scientific notions. It is situations that can't be explained. Experiences that are felt and not understood.
wanted to hear if any of you all had any such weird experiences or heard something similar.

Thanks.
I was laughing at you for having lost common sense, guess I feel like the idiot now. Pen drive. Car gone.
It's not as if someone was careful enough to break into our car, leave everything neat and clean and just decided to steal my pen drive for some old school electronic goa music.
And I am quite sure I didn't misplace.

Use to live in a building, built on top of graves.
We stayed on the top floor, the 7th.
Experienced many weird moments, from someone walking above the ceiling, to seeing random humanly shadows walk pass. Many scary dreams of dead people.
The house was hunted in my opinion.
I took advantage of this as a child and scared the sh.t out of most of my visiting cousins.

Going back to my previous comment on Dhanmondi. Many of my friends have various paranormal stories and they either lived near the old structure of a mosque near shaat masjid road or near mohilla complex.
One of my friends who lived with his extended family always regularly had milads and later told us why. In the early 80s a lady committed suicide beside their house and her ghost was regularly seen at their house. Also once their maid was found suspended in air after she went missing since the morning.
Sylhet area is also said to be have mysterious things happen. Once my friend and his cousins walking in the village saw big balls of light stalk them.
And the most infamous of them all is Airport road, where at night many have seen someone in white stand in the middle of the road.

The amount of road mishaps, social crimes, nonjudicial killings should turn the whole BD paranormal by now.

Some people have been trying to do live Paranormal shows where they go to haunted places. Most of them are done on mobile phones and are not of good quality or sound.
I dont find them that scary but at least its a start . If only a TV network would sponsor a show it might be interesting.

For a year, I've been looking for my Samsung tablet, 2 lenses for my camera and a spare car key in my house. Sure I misplace stuffs, but rarely lose them.
