We need Ashfarul!
We are all opening random threads and so one more won't hurt.
In all seriousness, Ash is perfect for T20. He is much better than Kayes/Anamul/Nasir/Mithun. He can take advantage of the powerplay and can easily score boundaries over the infield. He can milk singles and doubles during the middle overs. Plus, he is a very good fielder as well.
BCB should reduce his ban and slowly transition him into the side. He is still young (just got married while Mash/Riyad/Shakib are now fathers). He is in good shape and cheerful (just finished his honeymoon).
Let's bring back Ashraful.

How long his ban left?
As said somewhere else. I for one more than welcome him back into the T20 side. And am sure most would for T20i.

He is 32 or 33. Dont think he has much to offer. Besides, I dont want to get dejected for his foolishness anymore.
And to be honest, If we cant produce any one better than Ash, then our future is perturbing.

it was about time Ash fans will come out from kobor/grave :p
In all seriousness Ash is a forbidden fruit
In all seriousness I like Ash as a T20 batsman, as long as he is in the middle he will make sure runs come quick, unlike Kayes or Vijay he won't waste balls and get out.
But he needs to do well in BPL4, just like his camarade Amir . ;p

Both are fastest jointly. (22 balls)
Ash against the English in 2005
And Rajjak against the Zimbabweans in 201?

On a serious post about Ash
Suppose he plays BPL again and scores a gazillion runs. He is selected for the national team again. Will he get the amir treatment? Even if ash scores big in BPL, int cricket is different. he is 30+ and coming back in int cricket and scoring from ball 1 isnt easy. If he fails in the first 2-3 matches how would we react to that?
