They've always done this for tour/practice matches.

For example, West Indians instead of West Indies, Bangladeshis instead of Bangladesh etc.

Apparently, internet is pretty bad at Zimbabwe per Isam bhai. That's why the updates are taking time. Not everything about CI is conspiracy
