@Roman - neither was Tamim or Mash. Coulda woulda shoulda. No way the Saffers should lose to this Kiwi side other than the lack of gonads!

Neither did Tamim/Mashrafe.

That was a full strength New Zealand team, injuries will always be there and are part of the game.

Look at field placements - gully, leg gully, silly point, short leg

Agreed... We have to reach a level of competence before we can choke... Until then we just aren't good...

As for SA... its just tough being a fan... NZ has been impressive coming out of the banglawash and the rest of their horrible South asian tour. However, SA should have handled them easily.

I somehow feel that the sombre 26th March music is very appropriate. Kinda like walking to the hangman with Vader's anthem (Imperial Death March) playing.

Few days back, Smith mentioned after BD debacle, Patience is the key in Mirpur. I wonder what is his reaction now. Will he officially ask to banish the ground?

I'd rather say South Africa are like Holland at football: lot of talent but they never win!
(they share some heritage, too)

I know exactly where you guys are coming from and belive me I feel the same too. But this Oram guy got some deadly records against us..But you guys are right on the spot. Good to see that you guys are mentioning about Mash coz according to some members here in BC Mash is a dead horse..

I also think it's unfair to say that "Bangladsh suck"... to reac qf they had to beat England, Ireland and Holland... and they did it. It's not their fault if both WI and SA collapsed against England.
