Sujon bhatizar to 1000 roles. Is one of his today Manager??

I remember in 05 Sujon was smoking before a game behind a car. Bangladesh lost to almost never been heard of Derby team in a practice match.

Baisha on the other hand was practicing his batting in the nets with another player

BD is in an easy group. Once they beat Zim and upset one of RSA/Ind/Pak you never know the NRR might come into play.

SKY will be licking himself facing likes of Mossadek/Soumya. Bd needs to play 4 pacers that day. Drop Soumya he is useless and doesn't do anything with the bat anyway.

Drop one of Shanto or SS and bring in a proper bowler; Ebadot or Shoriful. Liton can go open

Can take it one step further and drop Yasir for Mehidy since the latter can at least bowl and the former hasn't exactly lit up the world with his batting

Yasir Ali should be kept in Dhaka zoo to fill up the empty cages. It’s not his fault he gets selected. Mehedei would have been the obvious choice to fill his place.

I would drop Sarkar. And tbh I don’t make much of Rohan and Das should keep in t20

Given the nature of SA attack, it makes more sense to go with a left handers heavy batting. So, Soumya and Shanto both are very likely to survive. They will need Miraz to counter Rossouw and De Kock, and for that Yasir will be an easy exclusion to make.

Believe it or not, this is the best T20 team Bangladesh ever produced. They have achieved something other teams could not. “Bangladesh in the Round 2 of men's T20 World Cup (Super 8s/10s/12s): Played 17, Won 1, Lost 16”

Let’s open a celebration thread now before we loose all other matches. I think a lot of members will agree with me, this team already exceeded our expectations.

Thing is Yasir fielding is very good. If he dropped that catch, we would've surely lost the game. Guys like Dullah would never ever caught that.

Looks like Zimbabwe has a good chance to get a freebie point today, rain has become much heavier before start of the second match.

Sure, lets keep him in team as the 12th man. But it will be ridiculous if he keeps Miraz out of the XI in the next match, after so many failures with bat.

He was a Test player. But, BCB wants same player to play all other formats and he was mediocre in other formats. He is the only no. 10 batsman in BD cricket history to score a century in a Test and that too on his debut!

Shame that BCB did not keep him in the team as a batsman instead of a bowler.

Here's the highlights of that great innings

Taskin's maturity in the post match press conference was remarkable. IMO, he should be in line for the VC role, if Nurul continues to fail nailing down his spot in the XI.
