- You guys can now sign Asst./Specialist Coach. I installed the latest version and it has a "special skill set." I'll use your Asst. Coach or spe. coach to check those. It's NOT a must, but optional. Most of your coaches should cover that (some one like Andy Flower (batting + asst.), Lance Klusner (bowling+batting+spe, Shaun Pollock (bowling + spe), Rafique (curator + spe) will cover that aspect. Save money by having dynamic coaches who can cover more than one dept). (Read #300)

- You can merge physio and trainer together. Basically just pick a guy who can keep your players fit.

- Make sure you aren't choosing staffs that are already taken. (Check the "Takens" post. I have been updating that like crazy)

- Don't choose players like Lee, Warne, Murali, Gilly (recently retired) as your coaches. They will be on the players poll.

- Read the above post please. #300

Here are the steps again:

1) Pick a City
2) Name your owner
3) Get a Home ground
4) "Reveal" your team (Most of you haven't posted that yet)
5) Get a 2nd LOCAL sponsor for your team.
6) Get Coaches and Staffs.
-- An a Batting, Bowling, Fielding, Specialist or Asst. Coach (optional). A Curator, Trainer/Physo.

Please follow this form:

Coaches & Staffs: | Batting Coach | Bowling Coach | Fielding Coach | Asst. or Specialist Coach | Trainer/Physio | Curator
2nd Sponsor:

7) Make your center pitch, based on the weather of your area. Get help from pitch master SNR.
Pitch Speed: 1-10
Pitch Grip: 1-10
Pitch Bounce: 1-10
Pitch Variation: 1-10
Pitch Deterioration: 1-10
Please try to be as accurate as possible. All this steps are very crucial, and will determine the out comes.

Bear with us here. I know things just got whole lot technical from messing around. But we will get there again, once this gets now.

Go hire the best staffs before someone else takes em

ok I just filled up Tigers_Eyes slots in like 5 min.

I got Kepler W as batting coach, Lance Klusener as a bowling coach + specialist coach, KC Chiefs physician and well known KC groundsman. Also got a local rich guy to own the team, who will also be the 2nd sponsor.

Easy stuff people. Cmon! Should take no more than 5 min.

no. for the 100th time, a LOCAL sponsor. Dish network is based in Denver, and it also sponsors the Denver Broncos, which btw has no manager!

Gladly. Thank you. This isn't the IPL or BPL or funky low class league where they turn the whole jersey into a billboard. His name will defo be on the jersey, instead of the sponsors, and it will be spelled correctly. So will be yours. (But please leave Texas and move to Denver/Calgary or Pittsburgh!)

^ Sweet, and to add to that, just google your team's groundskeeper, and use him as a curator. As long as he is a pro, I won't make your pitch a "dead" pitch. Also google your team's staff. You should find many trainers, physios there.

FYI, Richard McInnes is the Tyrants' assistant coach in addition to being their batting coach.

is he a specialist batting coach? I mean is that his dept? I thought he was more of a "builder," management type of guy. But I guess he is. Added.

Before he was going to just look and manage your players. Help with things like "concentration" "finishing" etc. Now he will also take care of the batting. You hit the jackpot with Rafique, I'll defo consider him with your team's spinners.

And since you aren't doing anything atm with your team, you could pick up the other managers' slacks *whistles* As you probably know yourself it takes like 5 min to do all of that. I did KP's and T_E's with 10 min.

FYIs to all. Your coaches "powers" won't come into action right away, just like in real life. You can't just expect them to show up and boost the team. So don't get all Banglacricket on them if things don't start too well.

Thank you,

You're right, Richard is more of a builder and a manager, but he does know how to coach batting. You had asked everyone to pick a specialist coach for every department and that's why I picked one for each. But as you said, due to his superior management abilities, he becomes the assistant coach as well, while Rhodes and Cooley stick to fielding and bowling respectively.

Mohammad Rafique had mentioned shortly after his retirement that he wants to become a curator one day, so I figured there was no better place than the MLC for him to make his debut.
