I do agree Shakib as a leader is catastrophic for our cricket, but he cant be dropped as he is a key contributor especially being an all rounder. He should be gradually phased out.

Don't take it with much of an importance. The selectors gave some of their faviourites (Sarkar) to prove themselves and didn't select the best reserve players available.
