BCB XI (nats team, minus shak + tamim) lost to U23

Mushfiqur Rahim, the captain of BCB XI, won the toss and elected to bat first. BCB XI managed total 248 runs from 48.2 overs. Mushfiqur Rahim scored 60 from 67 balls, Raquibul Hasan scored 35 from 53 balls, Ziaur Rahman scored 32 from 30 balls for BCB XI. Alauddin Babu, Soumya Sarkar and Taizul Islam picked up 2 wickets each and Nazmul Islam Apu, Sabbir Rahman got a wicket each for Bangladesh U23.

Chasing 249, Liton Kumar Das smacked a brilliant 110 and Sabbir Rahman scored 56 as Bangladesh U23 beat BCB XI by three wickets with 22 balls to spare. Sajedul Islam picked up 3 wickets, Rubel Hossain and Sohag Gazi picked up 2 wickets each for BCB XI.

it is actually practice for the A team and u-19/21/23 who are travelling to england next month.

some national players may be a part of plans for A team. selectors wanted to keep the names secret say played most of the national team players who are in the practice squad.
