SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THE LINKS SHOULD WORK NOW
This is the video highlights and the scorecards of the 2nd ODI match between Bangladesh and England in July 10 2010
Toss: England
Bangladesh: 236/7 (50 overs)
England: 231/10 (49.3 overs)
Result: Bangladesh won by 5 runs
Man of the Match: Mashrafe Mortaza
Bangladesh's Innings: Though the total is not much but it was a team effort. I liked the innings. I hope Shakib's form will return soon. But you know what!!! Who cares??? The TIGERS HAVE WON!
Fall of Wickets: 1-19 (Tamim Iqbal, 5.1 ov), 2-65 (Junaid Siddique, 12.6 ov), 3-148 (Jahurul Islam, 29.4 ov), 4-149 (Shakib Al Hasan, 30.2 ov), 5-174 (Mohammad Ashraful, 37.2 ov), 6-196 (Imrul Kayes, 43.2 ov), 7-233 (Mashrafe Mortaza, 49.3 ov)
England's Innings: It was really a peace for my eyes to see the tigers bowling like they used to bowl 2 years ago... DISCIPLINED. A great team effort. Bangladesh wins when they play as a team. I am very happy tonight as Bangladesh achieved their first ever victory against England. By defeating England, Bangladesh has scored a win against all the test playing nations.
Fall of Wickets: 1-49 (Strauss, 7.5 ov), 2-58 (Kieswetter, 9.2 ov), 3-86 (Collingwood, 16.6 ov), 4-90 (Morgan, 18.1 ov), 5-115 (Yardy, 25.5 ov), 6-146 (Wright, 34.1 ov), 7-166 (Shahzad, 39.1 ov), 8-209 (Broad, 46.1 ov), 9-227 (Anderson, 48.6 ov), 10-231 (Trott, 49.3 ov)
Bangladesh's Squad: Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes, Junaid Siddique, Shakib Al Hasan*, Jahurul Islam, Mahmudullah Riad, Rubel Hossain, Mashrafe Mortaza, Shafiul Islam, Abdur Razzak, Mohammad Ashraful (Mushfiq and Raqibul are in injury)
Positive factors of this match:
*WINNING!!!
1. Imrul's innings.
2. Team effort of the Tigers
3. Mashrafe's bowling
4. Overall bowling performance of the tigers.
Negative factors of this match:
1. Unable to score a big total.
2. Conceding too many runs in the first overs.
3. Some miss-fielding.

Well done Bangladesh. Today I am a very proud Bangladeshi. I was at work all day, did not see a single ball bowled. Listening to the radio when I did not had any passenger in my car ( I have been mini cabbing / taxi for past 10 month). When Trott was caught, I cried in joy as the customer entered my car, I put on my sunglass to cover the tear drop. Could not continue to work after that job.

should the negative factors were not there, we would've won last 24 matches instead of losing

I had this feeling when I realised Bangladesh are coming so close to Cardiff. I asked a question on post # 17, chief moderator reverse_swing answered it.
I just had feeling but it was not strong enough or may be I was too shy to make it obvious to you guys.

Forget BD, not even in the subcontinent..
I think a few except Aameer, Akhtar, etc are medium pacers (subcontinent bowlers)
I hope Rubel improves with time and gets wickets consistently like he did today

After so many disastrous performances I still somehow found strength to sit infront of the computer and open cricinfo/webcric to check out the scores. Perhaps I waited for a day like this; victory tastes so much sweeter when you start to think the bitter taste of defeat is the norm.
I am not ashamed to admit that I did some tears, tears of joy that is. When the edge of Trott reached jahurul's gloves I felt all the life's problems were solved, everything was alright. Thank you Bangladesh cricket team for letting me feel that way, hopefully we don't have to wait another 247 days for a day like this. Hopefully we have another day like this on the 12th of July.
