What is the news of other teams? Tournament is going to start tomorrow but only Central Zone seems only arranged team. They also announced the squad before others.

The problem is the pitches, hope its turning like crazy or fast and furious. Flat pitches don't get you anywhere. If Bangladesh want to succeed at test level then they need a huge fast bowling program which is why South Africa, England and Australia are the best teams in the world.

It would've been great if including a quality foreign fast bowler was made obligatory. Playing them on a bouncy track in domestic cricket will help our players a lot.

It makes sense for it to be automatically first class since Bangladesh is already a first class nation. Now if Afghanistan created a 4-day league they would have to go and get certified by the ICC.

According to Isam vai, S N probably join from 2nd round. "Shahriar Nafees, the Bangladesh No. 3 batsman, has also not been considered till now, because of his unavailability for Barisal. BCL second round from today

The second round of the Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) will start from today at two different venues across the country.

Walton Central Zone will play against BCB North Zone at the Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra while Islami Bank East Zone will face off against Prime Bank South Zone at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur in the second round encounters.

Central Zone captain Mahmudullah Riyad will miss the round due to a hamstring injury he has suffered during the first-round match against Prime Bank South Zone at Mirpur.
