Default 'Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.'

In the beginner's mind there are many choices. In the expert's mind there are few. If you are at a level where you need to only watch one video, this may be it.

At any rate, before World Cup 2019 I intend to flood this forum (thread) with 100 positive videos. When India wanted to win the cup, their coach (Kirsten?) said that only visualize the end goal in mind. Just you picturing holding the trophy. And boy did it manifest!

One illusionist described his art and craft as picturing impossible things and working backwards.

Of course, this is no substitute for thousands of hours of drills and hard work to work like machine like perfection.

This Asia Cup was also a beacon of hope to see how far ours boys have come. We just need to tie up the loose ends. Are you frikkin kidding me? No Tamim, no Shakib and we had the ba-- -- the NERVE! to defend 222? Even Sunny was sensing how tough we can latch the noose...

I digress.

This thread is in FC, but first thing it might stir your mind to, would be the feeble meek submission of our batsmen at least that's what it did to me.

BTW, acknowledge the appreciation OP

Very true Bhai.

And to add, unlike every single Asia cup match till then, either in Dubai, or Abu dhabi,, this was the first match in which our fans were in the minority.

Thank you!

GSP - one of the greatest fighters of all time pumps and psyches himself up before a fight with self-image techniques in front of the mirror in seclusion.

Around 5:31.

Today I am also delving deeply into self-image and its history. First thing a nootropic does -I noticed- is that it forces you to tidy up your lifestyle and image.

@Zeeshan

Do Nootropics actually work, or is it all a sham, have you used stuff like Mindlab pro, are they any good?

Positive psychology is all fine and dandy, but we must view it for what it is with grain of salt instead of making it the final arbiter.

I was thinking about this thread's title whilst listening to 'Time'- Inception...

Yes I have a pretty interesting story with lots of ups and downs, flashback tells me most of the reasons of hitting rockbottom was being whimsical at times in important matters.

Story has story, the word meta- comes back eh. There is this STORIES checklist by James Wallman in his best seller Time and How to Spend It. In brief the author defines success properly as you can relate to that thread (How Successful Are You). He also discusses flow. Overall this book seem to be a complete guide.

The morale is time spent if it worth it, that is the best utilization of time, which is actually the unit of our life.

For some bedridden people possibly that itself maybe a luxury.
