Lots of people say Australia are back in form, i dont but into that. they were 266/5 vs England and there fielding was shotty at best. If we win i wont call this one an upset.

Hey guys i think the weather is a big factor. If we bat first it's bad for us cause the Max temp is 64 and in the mourning i'm sure it's gonna be chilly.

i dont think the inclusion of taposh being a wise decision. rana should be playing instead of him if the pitch really do aid spinners.

Not expecting anything big.

* Want to restrict Australiay below 270 if they bat first
* Anything more than 200 for us is fine if we bat first
* I will be happy if we can take a single point from the match.

What is all this about the pitch helping spinners or not ? We should have been playing with two spinners right from the begining including the tests. Would either Enamul or Rana have conceded more runs than Shahadat, Anwar, Taposh or, K Mahmud ? I do not think so.

The problem is with our selector's tunnel vision. If you do not have 3 international class pace bowlers then the answer is you do not play 3 pace bowlers. I would not only play Rana tomorrow but also give Ashraful the ball for a couple of overs regardless of the fact whether the pitch helps spinners or not. One day wickets do not wear enough to assist spin. But the need to attack for batsmen provides spinners with wicket taking opportunities.

Pitch or what, don't wanna see taposh chacha.

if bd can find another seamer, fine, but not any of these two. since we don't have any, go with Rana.

Let Australia bat second tonight and stuggle. By the stats Aussies didn't win many games when batting second . 250+ Batting first for bangladesh would a great challenging total ....... Good Luck Aussies as we all known if they bat first they would get 400+ ......

No chacha he can be in against England tommorow as we saw K.Pietersen got out to the bowling of "Symonds" ...Chacha would be disaster against Aussies . Rana should be in instead of Nafis Iqbal and Aftab to open the innings .

Zunaid the lucky thread opener last Saturday, hope he will be lucky again to bring us another wonderful Saturday night.

I like to see Rana in no matter what. Bashar should win the toss and bat first. Good luck.

We have to take early advantage . Aussies are heavily dependent on Hayden , Gilchrist and Ponting . Followed by Martin and Symonds . 3 pacers the best way to go .

With all the respect to Chacha and Taposh, I would say their inclusion (either or both) will ensure the 400+ runs against us!! It would be Chacha's horrible-bye- bye-match!!! or Taposh's end of carrier!! Dont spoil them. There will be plenty of match after this to bid farewel to chacha. Amen.

there is no way we can stop it today. Period.
Aussies came back with Hayden, GilChrist, Ponting to use the first fifteen overs and then Martin and Symonds. Only these five players can score 350 runs for Aussies against our bowling.

And if we bat early I am hoping we can score 200. So all I am expecting a total team work, individual performance, bowlers bowling a good length, sensible batting by top order to score alteast 160 with 5 wkts in hand, and overall more interaction of captain and other players.

Why only 200 ? We have to make 260 + to give a fight if we bat first .
