Any ideas on weather forecats and pitch conditions? I'm happy with 33 in 10 overs if its overcast and the pitch is damp. But with good weather and a good pitch, this would be a sub par score for a test team in the opening overs.
Sorry, I don't have any idea of weather and the pitch.

If we can win this match, I will not complain about the run-rate.

I'd be ok if we can post more than 250 runs irrespective of the outcome. I just love to see steady improvements in batting.

Masri, Sharif & Talha are coming. Hopefully our bowling would be just formidable in no time.

We're getting conflicting reports here. Chinaman said the score was 101/1 after 24 overs. The above score as posted does not make any sense. 73/24 does NOT equal 4.20

It was just a careless mistake - it would be 101/1 after 24 overs, that's all.

scoring 100 runs in 24 overs against a very weak side is not much impressive, it should be like that 150/1, etc. the players should prepare for any situation and should have the capacity to play accordingly the situation demands. then only they can develop their maturity and also the professional approah. nevermind losses, but play in a professional way. if you loss continous 10 games, but put up a strong fight there, nobody is going to count that losses. so try to play in positive and professional way always, irrespective of results

totally agree with you. the priority of bangladesh team is to score runs consistenly.. 250+ in 3/4 contious games should boost the confidence of the players definitely

Most of the time you do not need to score 150 in 24 overs to score 250+ in 50 overs.

i mean to say , scoring 150 runs in 24 overs against a very weaker side is much impressive than 101/1 in 24 overs

250 is always a respectable score
