Default Ode to Ashraful

O ye who carryth the lantern thru darkness
Wit scimitar ya slaughter bowlers to starkness
Thee makin us believe when there is clearly no hope
Marionetting Murali w/some classic "Wood's" stroke
Protik of victory bowing down to the Almighty
Putting Cardiff on map makin an a$s out of Jason Gilliespie
Hate him or love him but thou cannot ignore him
His direct throws are like masterpieces of Beethoven
Lo and behold! those who enter's this lion's den
He's a tiger in Leo's clothing wit Massacre as his eponym

*plz put all your praises for Ashraful in this thread*

and thats why we love him! His talent is unquestionable. All these idiots calling for his sacking obviously dont understand the lack of depth in bd cricket. But the biggest reason he draws our ire is because we all know what he is truly capable of producing. I just hope to see the real ashraful performing in 2009

With all the rumblings about taking away BD test status, there might not be next 6 tests to play. BD is only playing 3 tests this year, and it is up to the generosity of india and pakistan to visit BD to play a few more. as you know India will never invite BD to visit.

Nothing is certain about Ashraful, he is not a dependable batsman, so maybe, we will have to wait another year before he makes another century, let's hope that he does this before 2010.

Hopefully one day they set my Expectations

Hate or Love it
Bangladesh is gonna be on top
They aint gonna stop till there heart Stop
Go ahead envy them
Ash is Cricket's MVP
TI, Mushiq and Shakib aint going no where till you get know them

Till the begging to the end
It was lose lose lose innings defeat
we aint got to pretend
it was cold world we was livin in
the ECB tried to take our Test Status away.
and than FIVE TWO ONE
The Lankan Target was set

180 runs later
only 5 wickets were left
Mahela was about to celebrate his 99th Test
Than Ash, Shakib and that Heniken Drinking Wicketkeeper
finally learned how to hold a bat
now enough of me this is how Bangladesh Cricket finally made a comeback

403-6 is what the Scoreboard read
History was about to be made till
Shakib was played on from an Inside Edge

107 run defeat is what the scorebard read
but Bangladesh Cricket took a turn for the best
