Congratulations to BD, yayyyy.
Totally got owned by Mosaddek today, was itching to say how he sucks up untill the 1st six, after that he totally owned it.
Wow,brillant once again Soumya and Mushy, surprisingly Ryad and Tamim kept struggling but it happens

I wonder if its Riyad shoulder injury that was hampering him from going for the big shots earlier.

It might seem a controversial opinion, but I think Mosaddek should replace Miraz in the team. His off spin won't do any worse on the flat pitches of the WC and he can actually hit sixes unlike Miraz. Like it or not, we need Sabbir in the lower order as well.

The pitches are so flat i doubt we will need batsman number 8..if we need batsman number 8 in these flat pitches the game would be probably over anyway

I would keep a full time bowler instead

Allhamdullilah! May this be the start of many.

Sarkar playerd well but got lucky. Mossadek played a blinder and that came out of no where. Tamim was stupid. Fizz again opening cans of worms.

Glad Mash could lift a trophy!

nonsense. Game was not over then. One more wicket and things could have easily looked pear shaped. That was a high pressure situation and Mosaddek stepped up. I think he wins the no. 5 spot over Mithun with that innings imo.

And also Mosaddek adds value with his bowling. This gives us the option to have an extra pacer if we choose to not play Mehedi in the XI.

Even though Mithun and Mushy bat well together, I feel Mosaddek and Mushy will be fantastic between wickets.

^ He was referring to when Sabbir scored a century in NZ when the match was already lost chasing 360 with a SR less than 100

people saying we need Mehedi as a proper spinner, we already have Shakib. Mossa would be a good 2nd option spinner, and lets not forget we have Riyad as another option as well (he will probably have recovered by the 1st week of the WC)

You forgot to thank Anik. The biggest well wisher of BD cricket. When team is winning, Anik disappears. When Pakistan is loosing, he disappears aswell. Lol

Legit thought mosaddek was the biggest waste of space. Didn't know he had this kind of innings in him. Very glad to eat humble pie.
